A short guide
It starts with habits, on purpose
When you first open the app, you’ll only see your habits. That’s deliberate: starting small makes it easier to keep going. Everything else is optional, and you can switch it on whenever you’re ready.
Today
Add a habit at the bottom. Tap its circle to mark it done, and tap again to undo. The two starter habits are just examples. Keep them, edit them with the pencil, or tap “Clear examples”. Drag the dotted handle to reorder your habits.
Habit history and editing
Tap a habit’s name to see its month, or to mark a day you forgot. Tap the pencil to change its name, repeat, colour or “After…” cue.
Only the spaces you need
Tasks, Lists, Notes, Projects and Timer start switched off. Turn on any of them in Spaces & Settings. Switching a space off only hides it, and everything in it stays saved.
Tasks and the new day
Tasks are for today. Lists hold things that can wait. A new day starts at 04:00, and you can change that time in Settings. Unfinished tasks quietly move to the new day. Done tasks stay visible until the day ends. “Not today” moves a task to tomorrow.
Notes, projects and time
Notes is a place to jot thoughts down and search them later. Type a #word and it becomes a tap-to-filter chip. Projects gather related habits, tasks and notes in one place. The timer runs one session at a time and keeps counting even if you close the app. Forgot to time something? Use “Log time” on the Timer page.
Looking back
Snapshot shows your habit days, finished tasks and time spent, by week or month. Use the arrows to look back further.
Where things are saved
For now, everything saves automatically on this device, with no account needed. It doesn’t sync to other devices. Clearing this site’s browser data, or using private browsing, will remove your entries. If you delete something by mistake, tap “Undo” in the message that appears.
